Queso Burgers

What you need:
* 1-1/2 lbs. ground sirloin beef
* 1 can (10-oz. ea.) RO*TELŽ Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
* 1 pkg. (16-oz. ea.) VEVEETAŽ Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into cubes
* 6 hamburger buns, split, toasted
* 6 leaves green leaf lettuce
* 1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices
What to do:
1. Shape meat evenly into 6 patties. Cook in large skillet over medium-high heat 10 min. or until cooked through (160°F), turning occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, combine undrained undrained RO*TELŽ and VELVEETAŽ cheese in 1-1/2-quart microwavable dish; cover. Microwave on High 5 min. or just until cheese melts, stirring after 3 min. Remove from microwave; stir mixture until well blended.
3. Top bottom halves of buns with lettuce and tomatoes; add burgers. Spoon 2 Tbsp. of the sauce over each. Cover with tops of buns. Serve with remaining sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.

Cook's Tips
Use Your Grill: Cook patties on preheated grill over medium heat 10 min. or until cooked through (160°F), turning occasionally.
